A cake post

Has everyone seen this picture - from a website that Daughter 2's friend alerted her to? The website features cakes that could have been made with more care. This one was ordered over the phone from a cake shop. The customer instructed that the cake should say "Best wishes Suzanne" and that, underneath, it should say: "We will miss you."

The website is

  5. Catdom - LOL! Thanks for explaining the UK thing to me; with all the battles over the centuries, I wasn't sure which islands were still friendly with each other. Nice to know you are all still united, even if that only means you share a common language. And that's debatable too, with the different accents. Aye, it's an interesting part of the world that you live in. As are the Colonies - glad you like our Laughing Jackass!

  6. Ha, I've had that site on my Google reader for a wee while now. I love it. Really loved the "James Bond disaster" wedding cake. The cake-making nerd in me was trying to figure out how they did it....

  12. Funny cake site! We picked up a cake once that said "congradulations".

My dad made it home from Europe and said his favorite place was Edinburgh (they visited Scotland, Ireland, and Wales). He said Scotland was beautiful.
