Ghostly travels

They got home again tonight. I was delighted to see them.

The knitted ghost on a tram about to go up the Great Orme at Llandudno.

At the top of the Great Orme.

At the top of Snowdon. It was windy but fortunately he was wearing his knitted jacket.

On the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway. He likes trains.

At the house of the Ladies of Llangollen. (What a pity they never saw him.)

Home safely with Sirius.
Welcome home, Ghost and your companions. Nice to have you back.

  1. Goodness, what a well-travelled ghost! (His friend is waiting for him at our house.)

Son-in-law has just pointed out to me that the sweetie he is eating claims on its wrapper to be a "Tuti-Fruiti Flavour Chew". Hmmm. That isn't quite how we would have spelt the bit that isn't "flavour chew".

  2. What a wonderful time they must have had. The House of the Ladies is gorgeous...spent a lovely weekend in that neck of the woods with some friends. Also climbed Snowdon once...next time will take the train! Is there a pattern for the knitted ghost?

  3. Oh, lovely pictures! And again, I fervently wish I could knit. So many lovely things I would like to make. Maybe I'll give it another go one day.

  4. Awww, they are so cute!!! Little ghosts in all the lovely photos, and the last one with Sirius is adorable.

  5. Looks like all 3 of them had a lovely time together.
That same sense of humour runs in your family, doesn't it? :)
