We got out the circus tent that my brother and sister-in-law gave the children.
Cushions and rugs were brought in to make cosy beds. There was a certain amount of what my father used to call...
... noise and nonsense.
The tent tilted somewhat from time to time.
Sometimes a cherub would emerge
Such fun.
Oh How Fun! I want one! And look at that last picture of the little emerging cherub -- the look on her face is one of pure joy!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat joy! My grandson Stephen has something similar and loves it....
ReplyDeleteWhat utter bliss to be so young and to have your own circus tent! Aren't those children just amazing?
ReplyDeleteSuch fun.......perhaps we all need our own tent!
ReplyDeleteLovely to see them playing together.
ReplyDeleteThat is so sweet! Love the tent, I haven't seen one of those before. Not surprising really, seeing I don't have any kids (or grandkids - ha!)
ReplyDeleteDarling children! Looks like so much fun!My girls had a similar "tent" and it became a cozy reading spot until they were too big for it. :)
ReplyDeleteI am eyeing that tent up for the future. It's lovely that they can play together now. My father used to tell us to 'Pipe down', when we got rowdy.
ReplyDeleteI think it came from Ikea.
