I'll buy you a large cappucino (no chocolate on top) if it will cheer you up. I kind of need cheering up too since we lost our cat today. And AND I think the National Trust tearoom is closing down so we need to go and pretend to be Edinburgh establishment while we still can! After it's gone, we only have Jenners left........
Sympathies Isabelle ... I remember the feeling well ...
But it will be great to have the place to yourself ... lolling around in bed all day ... only eating when you feel like it ... cleaning up only when its ABSOLUTELY necessary ...
Poor Mr. Life and the furry ones ... I suspect they're suffering withdrawal symptoms as well ...
I'm so glad she thought to leave that note!

ReplyDeleteSuch love between you and all your family! A new stage develops once they leave home, but it takes a while to grow into it. I am thinking of you all.
ReplyDeleteOh dear ..... no words, but maybe quite a few tears?
ReplyDeleteHope you get lots of hugs from your hubby and gentle words and cups of tea from your friends
XO
Oh, a new beginning and a quiet ending, all at once....
ReplyDeleteSad and happy all at once-both types of tears, I bet. I am misting up for you! Hugs!

Oh! Sabotage her washing machine so she still comes over to do her laundry?
ReplyDeleteLucky Mr Life is so nice then if it's just you and him now.
A new stage in your life - but take time to enjoy. Time for you and Mr Life now.
ReplyDeletePoor Mum.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we could come over for tea sometime this week and give you a cuddle?
