Smile for the camera

There is no doubt that one way to be popular...
... is to smile a lot, be agreeable and say nothing.
Maybe we all ought to remember this more often. (I include myself.)
Mr Life was up in Perth yesterday helping Son to assemble his Ikea furniture. Today he was a bit stiff. I enquired what was wrong. "Flat pack syndrome," he said, massaging his right shoulder. Poor old chap.

  1. Awww man...you're killing me with these adorable pictures of the baby. I NEEEEEDDDD to come and see him. Maybe if you sent TMotH and email begging for a catsitter -- you know, you're VERY good with words LOL!

Sadly "flat pack syndrome" finds every little muscle that hasn't been exercised for a while!

Gorgeous, gorgeous little grandson. He brightens this world. Keep the photos coming!

  6. I am glaring at an Ikea flat pack box as I speak. I am familiar with Mr Life's syndrome. I may glare at the box a few more days before doing something about it. I can always put a cloth over the top and stick a vase of daffodils on it. Can't I??

Grandson, I have to say is the most BEAUTIFUL wee boy! That grin is an absolute winner. I have now stopped glaring and am grinning just like a long distance granny.

  7. "be agreeable and say nothing" - due to my disablility, this is me, much of the time. A greater contast to my previous life could not be imagined, but, I have to say, it does make life much simpler.
